Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 6, 2026

By registering for a Next Level Officiating ("NLO") workshop, purchasing digital content, or joining our community, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Fees

All workshop fees are listed in CAD (unless otherwise specified) and must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot. We reserve the right to increase or change pricing at any time.

2. Refund and Credit Policy

To maintain our elite coach-to-student ratios and cover fixed facility costs (ice rental, classroom, and catering), we enforce the following policy:

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for any reason.

Workshop Credit: If you cannot attend your scheduled workshop, you may receive a credit to be used for a future NLO workshop provided that you notify us in writing (via email) at least seven (7) days prior to the original workshop date.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel or notify us less than seven (7) days before the workshop, or if you fail to show up on the day of the event, your registration fee is forfeited, and no credit will be issued.

Substitution: You may transfer your spot to another official at no extra cost, provided you notify us 48 hours before the event so we can update our roster and waivers.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

In the rare event that NLO must cancel a workshop due to facility issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full credit toward a rescheduled date or a future workshop. NLO is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or incidental costs incurred due to a cancellation.

4. Safety and Liability Waiver

Officiating is a physical activity. By attending an NLO workshop, you acknowledge the inherent risks of on-ice activity and gym training.

You certify that you are physically fit to participate.

You agree to wear full, CSA-approved (or equivalent) officiating gear while on the ice.

Next Level Officiating, its instructors, and the host facility are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property sustained during the event.

5. Media Release

We frequently film and photograph our workshops for training and promotional purposes. By attending, you grant NLO the right to use your likeness in video, photos, and marketing materials (including social media and our website) without further compensation.

6. Conduct

NLO is a professional training environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful to staff or other officials, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, no credit or refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

The NLO Performance Workbook and all classroom materials are the intellectual property of Next Level Officiating. These materials are for your personal development only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for your own commercial coaching purposes.
